Patty Jenkins Confirms Kristen Wiig has officially been cast as Cheetah.

Woman Woman director Patty Jenkins took to her official twitter page to confirm that Kristen Wiig has officially been cast as Cheetah in the sequel to smash hit Wonder Woman.

WB originally wanted Emma Stone for the role but she turned down the offer. Jenkins said that Wiig was always her personal choice to play Cheetah and you can see her excitement in her tweet above, welcoming Wiig to the Wonder Woman Family. 

Wiig wouldn't have been my personal choice to play Cheetah, but if Patty Jenkins believes in her and is excited for her to play the character, then that's good enough for me.
