Warner Bros. Unveils First Official Poster For 'Aquaman'
Aquaman Official Poster Revealed

Warner Bros. have revealed the first official poster for "Aquaman".
James Wan (Furious 7, The Conjuring) is directing the film and Jason Mamoa will star as the title character Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master, Amber Heard as Mera, Nicole Kidman as Queen Atlanna, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta.
James Wan has said that the film will be lighter and more colorful than the DCEU films that have come before, and has pointed to the romantic adventure Romancing the Stone as an example of the film's tone.
WB has announced that the first trailer will be revealed during Comic-Con and fans will finally get to experience the look and tone of the film.
I don't have much hope for the success of this film if I'm being perfectly honest. Besides "Wonder Woman" and "Man of Steel", I think the DCEU films have been mediocre at best. James Wan is one of my favorite directors working today, but I'm not sure even his talents can save "Aquaman" from being just another mediocre DCEU film.
Jason Mamoa's perfomance as Aquman in "Justice League" was just ok in opinion, but let's see what he can do under the direction of James Wan.
"Aquaman" hits theaters on December 21, 2018.
