If you know me you know that I'm a huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan. I mean how can you not be? Now personally I am a Mikey and Donnie guy, but there is a turtle for everyone. I think that’s what makes them so special. Leo for the born leaders, Ralph for the misunderstood rebels, Donnie for the brilliant minds, and Mikey for the carefree individuals without a care in the world. With all the love I have for the turtles I couldn't help but notice how many things they had going on all at once. So it made me question what the future holds, and by the end of this article, I hope to give a decent answer.

Ninja Turtles was co-created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman in 1984. If you would like to know a lot of the backstory I highly suggest “The Toys That Made Us.” on Netflix. They cover an episode that will dive deep into their upcoming. Ok enough with the history lessons. Last year turtle fans were rewarded with the epic run “The Last Ronin”. A story on alone surviving turtle and his struggle to deal with the loss of his brothers. The final issue is set to release in March. Currently, there is also an Idw run on Ninja Turtles as well. If you are a comic nerd at all and love the turtles you are eating. 

So recently I was on HBO Max and noticed all three of the live-action movies were added. I then went to Netflix and noticed they were all added, plus the 2007 animated movie. After going down a rabbit hole I realized within the last six months there has been a lot of content uploaded on all streaming services. So it made me think if all of this content is being uploaded there must be something coming in the near future. After a quick google search, I found my answer.

Ninja Turtles is getting a reboot. That's right another reboot set for August 2023 from producer Seth Rogen. You read that right Seth Rogen is producing a TMNT CGI reboot. I had no idea this was coming and I am super excited. That's not all. This year a Netflix original movie “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” is set to release. But wait…there’s more! TMNT: The Next Chapter is also set to release on Paramount+ in 2023. I knew there had to be something upcoming but I never knew it was this much content. All we are missing is some of the darker-themed stories for us comic heads, but I won't complain one bit.

All in all a little curiosity led me to the most excitement I have had all week. I can’t wait to see what else is in store. From the team at Careful 4 Spoilers, Cowabunga and see you guys on the next one.
