The First Official Trailer For 'The Matrix Resurrections' Is Finally Here!

As a huge fan of the Matrix trilogy, I was ecstatic when I learned that a fourth film was going into production and now the first official trailer has finally been released.

The trailer features Neo back in The Matrix with no memories of Trinity or his past life but the feeling that something isn’t right with the world continues to linger. The trailer also gives us a glimpse at some of Neo’s new abilities and I can’t wait to see what else he’ll be capable of in the film.

We also got our first looks at Yahya Abdul-Mateen II who appears to be a playing younger version of Morpheus and Jessica Henwick’s character who seems to be helping Neo throughout the trailer.


Overall I thought this trailer was a great first teaser for the film and December can’t get here fast enough.

‘The Matrix Resurrections’ is set to hit theaters on December 22nd 2021.
