Sony Celebrates 500 Million PlayStations Sold!

Sony recently passed the massive milestone of selling 500 Million PlayStations dating back to the PS One to now. To commemorate the historic feat, They have released a limited edition PS4 Pro (trying to get that head start to 501 Million). The special 2 TB Pro console is decked out in a translucent dark blue casing that harkens back to the 90s where see through consoles and peripherals were an iconic style. The console, controller, Sony Mono Headset and Sony Camera are all translucent blue with PlayStation logo in gold. The over-ear headset in the same style will be sold separately.

Releasing August 24, 2018

Only 50,000 units of this style will be made for worldwide consumption. The console, controller and camera collection is priced at $499. The controller ($64.99 USD) and headset ($99.99 USD) will be made in larger quantities and separate from the special edition console
