Falcon and Winter Soldier Getting Limited Run Series

Disney continues to hint at a beefy lineup for its upcoming streaming service as there are reports that Falcon and Winter Soldier will get a limited run series on the platform. According to Variety, the tandem will appear together with the events of the show directly linked to the overall MCU. Michael Spellman who wrote for the Empire TV show has been tapped to write the script.

This would mark the 3rd and 4th MCU character to potentially have a limited series on Disney’s streaming service due out next year. Earlier this year, there were reports that Loki and Scarlet Witch may be getting their own shows and it was recently hinted that Vision may be joining Scarlet Witch.

Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan have not been confirmed as of yet for the show but Marvel has already stated that the show will have direct connections to the MCU and unlike the shows made for Netflix, Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige will be producing the shows.
