EA released the reveal trailer for ‘Battlefield V’ during their livestream for the game today. The high-action trailer show the WWII setting and destructible environment that that the franchise is known for. The trailer's tone, however, comes off a bit lighter than the usual trailers. There is banter between the British characters amidst the brutality of a simulated multiplayer game and a barbed-wire cricket bat (which I have never seen before). EA will show more during their their E3 press conference on June 9th.

GameSpot reports that during the reveal presentation, EA announced that they will not be offering a paid season pass for 'Battlefront V.' EA's Tides of War live service will allow gamers to access content updates for free. The campaign will once again be told as "War Stories" first featured in Battlefield 1.

The game is slated to be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 19th.
